Welcome to Hop In Rhodes! By booking or using our transfer and tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
Payments can be made online or in cash upon arrival. A deposit may be required for certain services.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer are free of charge
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled transfer will be charged 50% of the total booking amount
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, or failure to show up at the agreed pick-up point and time, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

If your flight or ship is delayed, please notify us immediately. In such cases, we will adjust the pick-up time without any extra charge.

If the booking is canceled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), no cancellation fees will apply.

Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes at the airport and 20 minutes at other pickup locations. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
If a flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Hop In Rhodes is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

Smoking, eating, or consuming alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.

Hop In Rhodes is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative transfer as soon as possible.
