Welcome to Hop In Rhodes! By using our transfer and tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Payments can be made online or in cash upon arrival. A deposit may be required for certain services.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Service Policy

  • Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes at other pickup locations. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
  • If a flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Hop In Rhodes is not liable for lost or forgotten items.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • Smoking, eating, or consuming alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Hop In Rhodes is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative transfer as soon as possible.
