Booking and Confirmation: Customers must provide accurate information when booking our transfer services. Confirmation of booking is subject to availability and completion of payment. 

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our company’s refund policy. Cancellation is free of charge within a certain time frame. 

Responsibility and Liability: While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen events. 

Luggage and Property: Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the transfer. We recommend securing valuables and ensuring compliance with luggage restrictions for safety and comfort. 

Conduct and Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers whose behavior poses a risk to themselves, our staff, or other passengers. Disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. 

Changes and Amendments: Changes to booking details, such as pickup location or time, may be accommodated subject to availability and advance notice. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.

Driver Expertise and Knowledge: Our drivers are trained professionals with extensive knowledge of Rhodes Island. While they strive to provide informative commentary and assistance, they are not licensed tour guides and may not provide in-depth historical or cultural interpretation during the transfer. 

Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Maximum Waiting Time at Departure from Hotels/Villas: During the departure transfer from hotels and villas to the airport or port, the maximum waiting time allotted is 30 minutes. This policy ensures timely departures and efficient service for all our guests.

 

Free Minimum Waiting Time: The first 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting time are free of charge. After this, there will be an extra charge of 10 euros per hour. 

Extra Charge for Wrong Destination: Customers will be charged the difference for providing the wrong destination during booking. 

Free Baby Seats: Baby seats are provided free of charge to ensure the safety and comfort of young passengers. 

Free Meet & Greet: Our drivers will provide a complimentary meet and greet service to welcome passengers upon arrival.
